It is an asphalt modified base with an additive added to improve its physical-mechanical properties in such a way that it can seal cracks and joints. Our formula allows ULTRACRACK SEAL to maintain its properties at high temperatures avoiding the formation of track marks, and maintain the flexibility required to have the best performances at subzero temperatures.

Suitable for all types of asphalt or concrete binder.

It is a quick-set asphalt emulsion formulated with a low viscosity and improvement agents are added for the early opening of traffic, which is used for oxidise asfalt and to stop the loss of fine material in asfalts roads. The fog seal consists of a light application of EMULSEAL on asphalt pavements, oxidized, deciduous, and/or presenting cracking or loss of fine material.

It is a high-performance emulsion based sealcoat. ULTRASEAL would improve the durability, and the end result would be a completely black surface. ULTRASEAL would waterproof the asphalt surface and protect the existing asphalt from any source of water and solvents that may deteriorate the existing asphalt. Applying an asphalt sealcoat to your existing asphalt would stop the deterioration and would prolong its useful life.

Application: Parking, Residential, etc.

It is a mixture of emulsion and aggregate manufacture to protect an asphalt surface from deterioration due to vehicular traffic. This type of seal is recommended for medium and high traffic flow roads. Due to its versatility, it provides favorable results after the application, given the lifetime of the sealer.
